Job Description/Responsibilities

Dynamic Call Centre Agent required: Delivering excellence with every interaction! Are you a master communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction? Join our team as a Call Centre Agent and be the voice of our brand! Core Responsibilities include: • Answering telephones promptly and courteously, ensuring every call leaves a positive impression. • Driving sales transactions and ensuring seamless follow-through for merchandise pickup or courier arrangements. • Crafting pro-forma invoices accurately and dispatching them promptly to our valued customers. • Proactively informing customers about exciting new product offerings and sales promotions. • Providing comprehensive product and service information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions. • Following up on customer requests promptly, demonstrating our commitment to outstanding service. • Maintaining meticulous customer records by updating our database regularly for accuracy. • Engaging with customers through diverse channels, including text, WhatsApp, and social media platforms, to meet their varied needs and preferences.

Job Requirements
